According to an article at The Register, apparently due to 12 months of user complaints of issues and problems, Samsung is advising users to simply not upgrade any Samsung computers to Windows 10. One Samsung customer received an email from Samsung tech support that said, "Honestly speaking, we don't suggest installation of Windows 10 to any Samsung laptop or PC and we are still coordinating with Microsoft regarding to this matter."

I do adivse clients against upgrading until we've worked together to do a full assessment of compatibility and determined what might need to be done after the initial upgrade in regards to upgrading drivers and applications. It is not safe to assume that simply because Microsoft is offering the Windows 10 upgrade to you, that it will run well or at all on your computer. Microsoft is pushing the upgrade to all Windows 7 and 8.1 users regardless of the age of their computer or any actual tested and confirmed compatibility with their hardware.
